What is the return policy?
Since all items are made to order, we don’t offer returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue, just reach out and we’ll make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location:
UK & Europe: 3–7 business days
US & Canada: 5–10 business days (Military areas can take up to 30 business days)
Other countries: 7–20 business days
Note: All items are made to order, so please allow extra time during busy seasons.
Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Yes — and we can even include a short gift message! Just tick the “This is a gift” option at checkout.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are made through print-on-demand services, which means they are produced by trusted suppliers in various locations to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Most of our items are manufactured in the US, with some products made in the UK. We always aim to fulfill orders from facilities closest to the customer to provide quicker shipping and reduce environmental impact.
