We want every order to arrive in perfect condition — and if something’s gone wrong, we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@mymanga.shop with a photo and order number. We’ll happily send a replacement or offer a refund — no need to return anything.
We understand how frustrating it is to receive a damaged item, and we’re committed to making things right.
Change of Mind
Because all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please double-check sizing, product selections, and customisations before placing your order.
Personalised Items
Personalised items (such as name prints or custom text) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with a production error. Please ensure the spelling and choices you enter are exactly as you want them.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days — however, this does not apply to personalised or made-to-order items, in accordance with EU consumer regulations.
Refunds
Once your refund or replacement is approved, we’ll process it as quickly as possible. Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
